Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support civil litigation matters in Mclean, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute across the full case lifecycle, from document review and discovery coordination to trial readiness. Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage litigation files, ensuring case materials are accurate, current, and readily accessible throughout each phase of a matter.
  • Support discovery activities by gathering records, preparing production sets, tracking deadlines, and assisting with responses to document requests and interrogatories.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, creating witness and trial binders, and coordinating supporting documentation for hearings and court proceedings.
  • Maintain case information in legal case management software, updating records, deadlines, filings, and matter notes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filing materials in alignment with court rules and internal legal standards.
  • Monitor litigation calendars and help ensure timely completion of filings, service requirements, and other case-related milestones.
  • Conduct factual and document-based research to support case strategy, motion preparation, and ongoing litigation needs.
