Immigration Paralegal Woodbridge, VA 22191 From $23 an hour - Full-time From $23 an hour - Full-time Growing immigration law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with at least 3 years of USCIS case preparation experience. Responsibilities Prepare and file immigration applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Draft cover letters, client declarations, and supporting documentation Prepare forms including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-864 Prepare RFE responses and organize supporting evidence Communicate with clients regarding document collection and case updates Maintain case files and track filing deadlines Requirements Minimum 3 years immigration paralegal experience Strong knowledge of family-based immigration filings Experience preparing Adjustment of Status packages Excellent organizational and writing skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload Spanish preferred
