We are looking for an individual to join our team in Bellevue, WA , who will ensure our office runs smoothly and contribute to our firm's continued growth. We hire for the right person first, not just a set of skills or years of experience. We're looking for someone with an attentive, eager, and positive attitude who is ready to be part of a team focused on being proactive and solution-oriented. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate team members. Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide administrative support to the legal team. Manage office organization to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Handle mail sorting and scanning to ensure all correspondence is processed promptly. Perform general clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Manage postage and mailing tasks. Desired Qualifications Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal). Experience with case management systems . Knowledge of office administration responsibilities , systems, and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office , with a focus on MS Excel and MS Outlook . Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers). Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
