Senior Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Large regional full-service firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Bellevue, WA. You will work closely with partners in the Bellevue office and the full Trusts & Estates group of the firm's multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directivesPreparing asset summaries and organizing financial dataCoordinating document execution and managing signing logisticsDrafting and recording deeds for real estate transfers into trustsPreparing trust funding documents and beneficiary designationsManaging all aspects of probate, probate litigation, and trust administration from inception to conclusionPreparing estate and gift tax returnsDrafting probate pleadings, correspondence, and estate administration documents

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $105,000. Benefits include medical and vision coverage; HSA plan; 401(k) with eligibility after one month and discretionary profit sharing; life and short-term disability insurance; supplemental coverage; 3+ weeks of paid time off; 10 paid holidays.
