Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal and Office Manager to join our legal team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to support a variety of legal practice areas. The ideal candidate will excel in legal administrative support, project management, and office organization while providing essential paralegal assistance. This position is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality legal support. The role is paid and offers part-time hours with some flexibility. Responsibilities Assist with Court Filings, and Document Preparation Provide administrative support to attorney. Manage legal case files using document management systems; ensure accurate filing, data entry, and document review. Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and organizing client meetings or interviews. Handle client communication professionally via phone and email; assist with client intake and follow-up procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing files, correspondence, and legal documents with precision. Assist with billing Qualifications Proven paralegal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with Practice management systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently . Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear legal documents and handle client correspondence professionally. Experience supporting attorneys with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, transcription, and document review. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high attention to detail in all aspects of work. Pay:
$27.74 - $33.41 per hour
