A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
- Manage the discovery process — drafting requests and responses, organizing productions, tracking deadlines
- Handle legal scheduling — depositions, mediations, hearings, and calendaring
- Organize and maintain litigation files (paperless environment)
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court/agency staff, and expert witnesses

Associate Attorney What We're Looking For Required:
- Prior legal experience in a law firm setting
- Hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, legal scheduling, and file organization
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort in a paperless / digital-file environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset — you will be joining a tight-knit team Not required (we'll train):
