Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation , including trial preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a team-based setting. You will work closely with our attorneys and legal assistants to manage all phases of litigation — from pre-suit through trial. This is a dynamic role where your expertise and professionalism will make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, and e-file pleadings in State and Federal courts (WA) Prepare and respond to written discovery (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, RFAs) Organize, analyze, and summarize medical records and other case evidence Manage scheduling for depositions, mediations, IMEs, arbitrations, and trial deadlines Prepare case chronologies, witness lists, exhibit lists, trial notebooks, and pretrial disclosures Track and manage case calendars, statute deadlines, and litigation timelines Coordinate with experts and vendors; manage subpoena processes Support attorneys with trial preparation, including courtroom logistics when needed Utilize Filevine (legal practice management software) for case management, task tracking, and communications Maintain accurate billing/timekeeping logs (if applicable) What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years litigation experience in Personal Injury law In-depth understanding of Washington State and Federal Court Rules Experience preparing for mandatory arbitration and jury trials Skilled in calendaring, file management, and complex scheduling Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; strong Excel skills preferred Experience with Filevine is a plus (we recently transitioned to it) Strong writing, communication, and proofreading skills A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who takes pride in their work Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines independently What You'll Love About Working Here A supportive, collaborative, and values-driven work environment A passionate team dedicated to client advocacy and personal integrity Opportunities for growth and professional development Competitive salary (DOE) and negotiable benefits package Convenient location in downtown Puyallup, with free parking How to Apply If you're an experienced litigation paralegal looking to be part of something meaningful — where your contributions are valued and your work truly matters — we encourage you to apply.
