Position Overview:
As a Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team by preparing pleadings and court documents, managing scheduling and filing tasks, and handling various administrative duties. This role also includes professional interaction with courts by phone, requiring a calm and courteous demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents and pleadings File documents with courts and manage case schedules Perform general administrative support duties Professionally communicate with courts by phone as needed
