Paralegal

Overview MacGillis Law Group, LLC is looking for a full-time experienced Paralegal to join our growing personal injury team. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing all aspects of a case from intake to resolution and independently moving files forward Communicating with clients, insurance companies, medical offices, and other parties related to a case Collecting all necessary documentation and evidence related to a claim, including medical and liability records Drafting correspondence and demands and requesting records and handling subrogation Collaborating with attorneys regarding case strategy and settlement Applicants should possess the following skills: 3 - 5 years personal injury experience Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals High level of attention to detail in writing, proofreading, and editing Ability to appropriately handle confidential information Ability to work in a collaborative team setting Why MacGillis Law Group MacGillis Law Group is a growing law firm with experienced and successful trial attorneys that are dedicated to teamwork and client-first thinking in a fast-paced work environment.

$ 55,000 - $85,000 Salary to commensurate with experience and will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate.
