Duties Greeting guest, answering telephones and provide excellent customer service Assist attorneys with case preparation by organizing documents, and organizing case files using document management systems such as Time Matters. Manage client communications professionally through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and clarity at all times. Perform document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy in emails, letters, court filings and all correspondence . Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, maintaining organized files both physically and electronically, and supporting executive administrative functions as needed. Answering client calls professionally Experience Proven administrative experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in document review, proofreading, and data entry tasks. Exceptional writing skills for drafting correspondence, reports, summaries, and client communications. Strong interpersonal skills including interviewing or informing clients or witnesses effectively and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
