Job Description

LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Hartley Law Group, PLLC, a Wheeling and Charleston, West Virginia Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Firm, is seeking a full-time
LITIGATION PARALEGAL
with at least 5 years of experience for our Wheeling, West Virginia office. Candidates should have extensive experience with all stages of litigation. Must have a high level of attention to detail to thrive in this position. If you enjoy working as a team and enjoy helping others. We are a client driven law firm and consider our clients' needs as the highest priority. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage litigation caseload. Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Request and maintain medical records and billing statements. Maintaining document control and calendaring deadlines. Electronic court filings. We are looking for a candidate with: Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and self-direction. Should be well organized, have a strong work ethic, strong time management skills, and be detail-orientated with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and familiarity with case management systems. Salary will commensurate with experience and skills.
