Job Description

Summary:
The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for providing the highest customer service by interacting with customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns, processing their requests, and providing parking assistance. This position will be 40 hour rotating week shift, that may include a Saturday or Sunday.
Essential Duties:
Call Center • Observes activities at parking garage entrances, exits, and parking areas through the use of closed-circuit television monitors to identify suspicious activity and by radio or telephone, alert security personnel, or request assistance from appropriate law enforcement, fire or medical aid personnel. Front Counter • Receives and processes payments through cash register, credit card machine, and computer for parking violations, permits, and meter hood rental, etc.
