Requirements:
Driver's license is required, minimum of 2 years Lot Enforcement is responsible for ensuring garages are maintained and cleaned daily. Monitor assigned locations. Give out fee notices to vehicles when it is appropriate and ensure all parkers are compliant.Principal Job Duties:
Ensure the assigned garage is maintained and cleaned daily. Must be willing to travel by foot to enforce throughout the assigned garage. Ensure all parkers are compliant in time zones. Report concerns or needs to direct supervisor if directly asked or in the case of an emergency. Be in correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled Responsible for general light maintenance of the garage and surface lots- sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.
