Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
You will be assigned a route where you will monitor parking lots to ensure compliance with parking rules, including issuing parking notices for non-compliance. Must be reliable and hard working. This is an independent contractor role (1099), Payment will depend on your work ethic and production. Your payment will consist of commission paid on each parking charge written. Training will be paid hourly until you are on your own.
Shifts available:
Full Time Nights/Weekend Shifts (Typically 7P-3A) (Can vary depending on coverage needed)
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum age for this role is 18 years old. Must have and maintain a dependable vehicle. A valid state-issued drivers and good driving history. Auto liability insurance. Ability to work alone with minimal supervision. Ability to interact with other in a courteous and tactful manner. Ability to exercise proper judgment in dealing with customers and the general public. Ability to walk for extended periods of time. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Pay:
Flat rate on every good written ticket
Education:
High school diploma (Preferred) or equivalent
Pay:
$650.00 - $1,000.00 per week
