Patrolling Full Job Description Position Overview:

Raffle Parking is seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive Parking Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining parking operations at Truist Plaza in Downtown Orlando. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to actively patrol the property on foot, assist customers and support parking operations during high-traffic periods and major downtown events.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service while engaging with guests on property. Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with posted rules. Issue parking violations to vehicles that fail to pay. Enforce parking regulations in a polite, courteous, and professional manner. Actively patrol the property on foot throughout the shift.

What we need from you:

Authorized to work in U.S. Ability to successfully pass a background check. Strong Customer Service Skills Comfortable walking for extended periods

Schedule Requirements:

We are hiring candidates available to work at least 3-4 days per week , including the required weekend shift. Weekly hours will vary based on the local event schedule.

Available Shifts:

Weeknights

  • 5P to 11P as needed Weekdays
  • 10A•5P as needed Weekends•As needed and required Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required.
