Please complete the second part of our application on our website at www.highriskenforcement.com under employment Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor and enforce parking regulations on private property and residential communities. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional presence, ensure compliance with property rules, and interact respectfully with residents and guests. Responsibilities Patrol assigned properties (vehicle and/or foot patrol) Enforce parking regulations and property policies Issue warnings and citations as necessary Document violations with photographs and detailed reports Utilize handheld devices and enforcement software Communicate professionally with property management, residents, and the public Booting/Towing of vehicles when necessary Submit accurate daily activity reports Respond to parking-related inquiries and complaints Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in confrontational situations Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Prior security or parking enforcement experience preferred (but not required) Must utilize your own vehicle Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods Ability to operate a patrol vehicle safely Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Offer Stable and consistent scheduling Professional work environment Advancement opportunities Training provided Company-issued equipment We are looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and take pride in maintaining order and compliance.
