About Us Secure Parking HI is committed to providing reliable and efficient parking management solutions across Honolulu. We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and compliance with parking regulations. Join our team and contribute to enhancing urban mobility through our parking enforcement services. Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Regional Parking Ambassador and Driver to patrol designated parking lots throughout Honolulu. This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys working independently but is also highly relational, comfortable with emerging technologies, and has strong customer support skills. You will monitor parking compliance, issue citations and warnings to violators, build relationships with clients and customers, and assist with some basic site maintenance. You will need your own vehicle, but will also operate a company vehicle equipped with LPR (License Plate Recognition) technology. This position requires open availability.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service Customer Assistance:
Provide assistance and guidance to parkers in a friendly welcoming manner.
Client Management:
Check in with clients and address concerns.
Asset Delivery:
Regularly drop off and deliver parking validations and parking access cards.
Enforcement Patrol Parking Lots:
Conduct regular patrols of assigned parking lots to enforce regulations and monitor issues.
Issue Citations:
Utilize LPR technology to identify vehicles violating parking rules and issue citations, or verbally warn violators of infringement.
Report Generation:
Maintain accurate records and reports of enforcement activities. Site Maintenance Basic hand tool and basic diagnostic equipment knowledge. Basic troubleshooting of parking equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and coordinating with internal teams Requirements Must possess a valid driver's license. A clean Driver's Abstract and pre-employment drug screening are mandatory. Must have a personal vehicle that you are able to use for work. Ability to understand and learn new technologies quickly. Proficient in computer skills, typing 35 WPM and use of but not limited to Windows, and google environment. Strong communication skills to effectively maintain positive relationships. Ability to stand for long periods, work in various weather conditions, or perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout their shift. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and coordinating with internal teams Experience conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and functional testing of parking equipment Ability to document repairs, downtime, and equipment status for operational reporting Coordination with operations staff, vendors, and management to resolve issues efficiently Skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Positive and patient with the ability to create positive customer interactions. Clear communication and strong relationship building. Pay:
