Role:

Join Bumblebee Booting LLC as a Vehicle Booter and play a vital role in maintaining parking order in our vibrant city. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make your own schedule and work outdoors while ensuring compliance with local parking regulations and providing excellent service to our community.

Responsibilities:

Monitor parking lots and streets to identify vehicles in violation of parking regulations. Install and remove vehicle boots in accordance with company policies. Communicate with vehicle owners regarding booting procedures and fees. Document all booting activities accurately for record-keeping. Assist in resolving disputes and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with law enforcement and towing companies as necessary. Maintain equipment and report any issues to management. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local laws.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have a dependable vehicle to perform this job. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or parking enforcement is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must be able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
