Job Description Patrol and enforce campus parking lots and structures using LPR technology in a patrol vehicle. Document and maintain records for all parking lot and structure fill rates and population counts. Prepare files for parking lot and structure conditions, reporting damages or other parking conditions as needed. Handle parking complaints. Arrange for tow and impound of vehicles for violating University Parking Rules and Regulations. Boot Vehicles for violating University Parking Rules and Regulations. Provide exceptional customer service. Act as a point of contact for the enforcement team explaining regulations and expectations to customers. Communicate between dispatch office and other ambassadors to efficiently complete tasks.
