Job Description

  • Patrol and enforce campus parking lots and structures using LPR technology in a patrol vehicle.
  • Document and maintain records for all parking lot and structure fill rates and population counts.
  • Prepare files for parking lot and structure conditions, reporting damages or other parking conditions as needed.
  • Handle parking complaints.
  • Arrange for tow and impound of vehicles for violating University Parking Rules and Regulations.
  • Boot Vehicles for violating University Parking Rules and Regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a point of contact for the enforcement team explaining regulations and expectations to customers.
  • Communicate between dispatch office and other ambassadors to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Operate technology including: Two-way radios, touch screen tablets, mobile printers and License plate recognition software.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Shift M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver's license, proficient driving skills, operate a personal computer and related software, good time management, oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, able to move 35 + lbs. on some occasion and be able to work in all weather conditions. Salary Range:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
