Nights & Weekends Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented member to join our fast-growing dynamic team at OODA Parking Solutions! You will work throughout downtown Wilmington monitoring and enforcing parking lots to ensure parkers are abiding by the parking policies. This role requires a hands-on approach to our parking facilities and customer interactions to maintain the highest standards of service.Key Responsibilities Monitoring Parking Operations :
Actively assist and enforce throughout parking locations in downtown Wilmington, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing occupancy levels, and issuing parking charge notices to violators.Customer Service Management :
Deliver excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless parking experience for parkers. Report Issues toManagement :
Communicate and notate any facility or customer service issues to management promptly to ensure quick resolutions and maintain smooth daily operations.Qualifications:
Understanding of using email, basic software, and mobile apps for daily tasks. Ability to notice and address minor issues before they become larger problems. Valid driver's license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform routine inspections, and participate in maintenance activities as needed. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and upholding the company's values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.Job Type:
