Position Summary:
A member of the University of Dayton Arena parking staff will be responsible for assisting the Director of Events and Security Coordinator in game day parking operations. The individual will be able to instruct and help parking attendants, communicate with contracted external security, assist with cone set-up and tear down, provide clear, correct directions to guests and enforce Arena and University policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid U.S. employment credentials and valid driver's license with a low risk driving record. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability/willingness to help in the case of an emergency if given proper instructions. Effective interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: Prior experience in a customer service role. Special Instructions to
