Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for providing a broad range of operational duties with respect to Parking System operations
Work Hours:
The work hours for this position vary and are determined by operational needs, demands and event schedules. Hours may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, applicants should be able to perform each essential duty in an efficient, effective and safe manner. The duties listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Essential Duties:
Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned. Relieves parking system cashiers and custodians as needed and/or requested. Patrols parking garages and common areas, and completes incident reports. Assists in recording daily parking counts. Assists in opening and/or closing parking garages. Maintains cleanliness of parking garage common areas including, but not limited to stairs, elevators, lobby and offices. Assist parking system staff as needed. Assist with painting and other special projects.

Experience:
Previous experience performing similar duties desired. License(s)/Certification(s): Must possess and maintain valid Driver's License.
