ISABELLA COUNTY TRIAL COURT MISDEMEANOR PROBATION OFFICER

Starting Wage:

$26.84 per hour/37.5 hour work week plus comprehensive fringe benefit package

General Summary:

Supervises probationers to ensure compliance with the conditions of probation and submits violation requests when necessary. Makes referrals to appropriate programs and community resources to assist probationers in addressing barriers to successful completion of probation. Conducts pre-sentence investigations and prepares supporting recommendations. Performs substance use testing as required, prepares orders, and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field required. Minimum of two years case management or criminal justice experience. Equivalent training and/or experience may be considered, however, a bachelor's degree is required. Open Until Filled.
