Supervise a caseload of adult and juvenile offenders to ensure complying with Court's orders and conditions while securing the safety and protection of the community. Conduct investigations and assessments. Make recommendations to the Courts, utilizing evidenced-based strategies to promote behavioral change. Office and field work are required. Work closely with other members of the department, and other County/ Court departments and agencies to ensure that offenders' needs are being met. Possess a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a Human Services related field or equivalent combination of college credits and relevant experience.
