This crucial role will support the development and execution of regulatory and rates strategy. This position will drive regulatory initiatives, lead rate case filings, and ensure compliance with state regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and management of rate cases, surcharge filings, and regulatory applications. Develop ratemaking models and conduct economic, cost/benefit, and feasibility studies. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory decisions, directives, and reporting requirements. Provide financial and strategic insights to support budgeting, planning, and long-term growth. Conduct research and industry studies to inform regulatory and business strategy. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in rates, regulatory affairs, or with a public utility such as ACC, etc. Strong knowledge of ratemaking principles, revenue requirements, and cost recovery mechanisms. Experience working with state regulatory agencies highly preferred. Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
