Job Description

Regulatory Affairs Manager Salary:
$105,000 - $125,000 annually
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional Saturdays based on production needs Make an Impact in Food Safety & Compliance We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead and support regulatory compliance initiatives within a dynamic food manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring that all products, ingredients, packaging, and labeling meet regulatory and food safety standards. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with QA, R&D, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to support compliance efforts and drive successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Manage regulatory compliance for products and packaging Review and approve labels, ingredient statements, allergen information, and nutrition facts Monitor and interpret FDA, USDA, and food safety regulations Maintain regulatory documentation, certifications, and product records Support audits, inspections, and compliance programs Collaborate with internal teams to support new product development and commercialization Supervise and support regulatory staff Assist with QA/QC activities and regulatory projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance Experience with food labeling, nutrition panels, and regulatory documentation Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and regulatory/compliance software Certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, or SQF are a plus Why Join This Opportunity Competitive salary range of $105K-$125K Direct hire opportunity with long-term stability Clear growth and advancement potential Collaborative, cross-functional work environment Opportunity to play a key role in product quality and regulatory excellence #INDManchester
