Job Description:

Senior Regulatory Manager Hybrid Regulatory Compliance & Strategy Monitor and stay current with global regulatory activity, with particular attention to potential impact on company products. Provide regulatory updates, support, and guidance related to cosmetic/skincare, including makeup, nail products, APDEOs, skin creams, etc. Ensure compliance with applicable global regulations and support the implementation of compliance strategies. Conduct regulatory review and approval of product claims, including retailer initiatives. Prepare Regulatory SOPs and guidance documents. Represent regulatory committees and task forces. Product Development Partnership Partner with the category R D organization by providing regulatory insights, restrictions, and trend information to support medium- and long-term innovation strategies. Regulatory Operations & Team Leadership Manage a team of direct reports while also performing day-to-day regulatory activities. Perform compliance checks for raw materials and formulas. Prepare product ingredient lists. Review product artwork globally, including harmonization of global labeling requirements. Support regulatory reformulation activities and progress tracking. Submit products to WERCS for product UPC registration. Prepare Safety Data Sheets. Education The position requires a B.S. or M.S. degree in Toxicology, Biology, Chemistry, or another health-related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are important for working effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience 7-10 years of relevant regulatory experience in cosmetics, OTC products, consumer products, or a related field is required. Regulatory experience in the personal care or cosmetics industries strongly preferred. $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
