Will provide specialist advice to the management and employees of the organization. May organize training to improve employee understanding of best transportation safety practice.

In this position, you will manage workforce accountability, enforce regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Management:
Oversee logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
Regulatory Compliance:
Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA, C-TPAT, company policies, and safety protocols.
Talent Development:
Train and develop team members to maintain operational proficiency.
Performance Monitoring:
Ensure compliance with operational requirements, equipment usage, uniform policies, and productivity goals.
Technology Utilization:
Optimize efficiency through transportation software and reporting tools.
Safety Leadership:
Oversee compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre/Post-Trip inspections, and coordinate with the Safety department.
Team Leadership:
