Hours Per Week Additional Schedule Details:
Occasional interaction with 2nd shift operations, typically once per month. Minimal overnight travel required for training, conferences, and periodic cross-training at the Texas facility. The Safety Manager will oversee all safety programs, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing site safety teams across both facilities.
