Position Summary/Objective The Regional Director of Operations - Environmental Services (RDO EVS) provides regional leadership and operational oversight for multiple Environmental Services accounts across healthcare and senior living environments. This role is accountable for operational performance, quality outcomes, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and talent development within the assigned region. The Regional Director partners closely with onsite EVS Directors and facility leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, safety, infection prevention, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. All responsibilities are executed in alignment with the company's mission, values, and service excellence standards. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time leadership position. As an exempt role, the Regional Director is expected to work the hours reasonably required to meet operational demands and performance objectives. Frequent travel is required and may include evenings or weekends based on business needs. Education/Experience/Training High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in healthcare or senior living Experience managing multi-site operations and leading multiple site-level leadership teams is preferred Strong working knowledge of CMS, The Joint Commission, OSHA, and infection prevention standards Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and cost control Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities Proactive, positive leadership style with the ability to adapt to and lead change Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment License and Certification CHESP (Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional), CHEST, or equivalent healthcare EVS certification preferred Essential Functions and Duties Provide regional leadership and operational oversight for multiple Environmental Services accounts. Ensure compliance with all company standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Partner with onsite EVS Directors to ensure effective housekeeping and laundry operations. Conduct routine site visits, environmental rounds, audits, and safety assessments. Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans. Oversee regional performance metrics, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support staffing strategy, labor optimization, retention, and leadership development. Serve as a liaison between site leadership, facility partners, vendors, and corporate teams. Oversee regional budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiencies. Ensure alignment with the Infection Prevention and Safety Programs. Coach, mentor, and develop EVS leaders to build high-performing teams. Support capital projects, equipment planning, and vendor management as applicable. Ensure all required training, competencies, and regulatory education are completed. Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, quality scores, and compliance outcomes. Utilize data and scorecards to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement improvement plans. Maintain a customer-focused approach and build trusted partnerships with clients. Pay:

$135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
