is seeking a dynamic, highly structured Safety for All (SFA) Program Manager to lead both direct victim services and primary prevention initiatives across Maricopa County. This merged, full-time position balances operational management, intern supervision, and direct service delivery (50% Victim Services) with coalition building, community outreach, and evidence-informed prevention model implementation (50% Primary Prevention). The SFA Program Manager serves as a primary driver of disability-affirming, trauma-informed programming, ensuring educational outreach, multi-sector stakeholder cultivation, and rigorous compliance across Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP) and Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) SVPEP grants. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. SFA Primary Prevention (50%)

Model Fidelity:

Ensure all project operations strictly adhere to the Close to Home implementation model in alignment with BLOOM365's

ADHS SVPEP

grant application.

Stakeholder Cultivation:

Conduct targeted outreach to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships across Maricopa County, engaging disability-focused youth organizations, schools, law enforcement agencies, and healthcare systems.

Community Presentations:

Deliver information sessions on the Safety for All Primary Prevention Project (SFA-PPP) to enhance multidisciplinary community responses.

Coalition Logistics:

Manage and coordinate all meeting logistics, agendas, and communication for the community coalition.

Annual Summit:

Assist project consultants in planning, promoting, and executing the annual Safety for All Summit.

Prevention Data & Reporting:

Manage programmatic data collection, evaluation tracking, and reporting requirements with operational guidance from the Deputy Director. 2. SFA Victim Services Operations & Delivery (50% )

Daily Operations & Intern Task Management:

Oversee day-to-day SFA victim service activities across school sites, community hubs, and the Mobile Outreach Van; assign and monitor tasks for SFA MSW Interns.

Curriculum & Workshop Delivery:

Deliver the 7-lesson Safety for All Curriculum and single-topic "Flash Dose" workshops in special education classrooms and partner disability-serving agencies.

Adapted Service Delivery Oversight:

Coordinate on-site adapted victim services (Case Management, Advocacy, Peer Support, Counseling, etc.) delivered by interns, counseling staff, and peer support specialists.

Safety Protocols & Adult Referrals:

Establish disability-affirming disclosure protocols and build referral pathways for primary survivors with disabilities aged 25+ who require specialized external advocacy, counseling, or legal resources.

Awareness Campaigns:

Lead outreach efforts for "Back to School" events and organize First Friday campaigns for Domestic Violence Awareness Month (October), Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (February), and Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April) within the disability stakeholder community.

Evaluation & Reporting:

Administer pre/post evaluation surveys, track outcome metrics, and co-prepare program reports with the Deputy Director.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Public Health, Human Services, Special Education, or Healthcare/Nonprofit Management
• Experience Three or more years of progressive experience in program management, primary prevention, victim services, and/or community coalition facilitation.

Lived experience within the disability community is strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care, disability justice, and evidence-based prevention frameworks (e.g., Close to Home model). Strong task management and mentorship skills to guide MSW interns. Public speaking proficiency and ease presenting to multidisciplinary stakeholders (students, law enforcement, healthcare, school administrators). Data tracking discipline for grant metrics and evaluation surveys.

Licensing & Clearances:

Ability to clear a background check and maintain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Mobility:

Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel throughout Maricopa County.
