ResponsibilitiesSafety Management and Site Oversight Maintain a thorough understanding of current site operations, work activities, safety conditions, and ongoing safety-related matters. Oversee and coordinate the company's overall site safety activities to ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements. Provide guidance and direction to the on-site safety team regarding safety requirements, priorities, and compliance expectations. Work closely with project management, supervisors, and field teams to ensure safety requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented. Monitor significant safety concerns and follow up with responsible teams to ensure appropriate corrective actions are completed. Client Safety Coordination and Communication Serve as a primary point of contact between YAHO and the client's safety/EHS organization. Attend and actively participate in client safety meetings, coordination meetings, and other safety-related discussions. Maintain effective communication with the client's safety representatives to understand current site requirements, expectations, procedures, and updates. Verify and clarify safety requirements with the appropriate client representatives when questions or inconsistencies arise to ensure information is accurate before communicating requirements internally. Communicate confirmed client safety requirements and updates to YAHO management, safety personnel, supervisors, and other relevant employees. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure company practices remain aligned with applicable client requirements, OSHA standards, and site-specific safety procedures. Safety Compliance and Program Management Oversee the implementation and administration of company safety policies, procedures, and site-specific safety requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA regulations, client requirements, company policies, and other applicable safety standards. Review safety procedures and requirements and provide guidance to management and field teams regarding proper implementation. Monitor regulatory and client safety updates and evaluate their impact on company operations. Support management in resolving safety compliance issues and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Safety Team Leadership Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the on-site safety team. Coordinate safety staffing, responsibilities, work assignments, and site coverage based on operational and project needs. Ensure Safety Representatives and Safety Professionals understand current client requirements and company expectations. Promote consistent interpretation and implementation of safety requirements across project teams. Support the development and continuous improvement of the safety team. Safety Reporting and Documentation Review safety reports, compliance records, corrective action documentation, and other relevant safety information. Provide management with regular updates regarding site safety conditions, client requirements, compliance concerns, and significant safety matters. Support internal and external safety audits and coordinate responses to identified findings as necessary. Maintain appropriate communication and documentation regarding significant client safety requirements and changes. Work Schedule Flexibility Must be able to support project and site operations outside of standard business hours when necessary. Willing to work alternative schedules or rotating night shifts when required by project or site needs. Willing to work overtime as necessary to support project requirements and safety operations. - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry or

OSHA 511

- Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry. Prior experience in construction safety, industrial safety, EHS, or a related field. Experience coordinating safety matters with clients, contractors, project management, or other external stakeholders. Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices. Ability to interpret safety requirements accurately and communicate them clearly to management and field teams. Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively lead and support an on-site safety team. Preferred Qualifications CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

OSHA 500

- Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry. ASP (Associate Safety Professional) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification. Previous safety management or team leadership experience in construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, or other industrial environments. Experience supporting large-scale construction or semiconductor facility projects. Experience communicating and coordinating directly with client safety/EHS organizations. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or supporting semiconductor facility construction projects is highly preferred. Availability Candidates who are available to start in the near term will receive priority consideration.
