Salary:
$100K+ DOE (Depending on Experience)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support an active installation project in Queen Creek, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements, and implementing safety programs across the job site.

This is an urgent hiring need, and candidates with strong construction/project safety experience and required professional safety certifications are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description Manage daily safety operations and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and project-specific safety standards.

Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.

Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training sessions.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.

Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), site safety rules, and safe work practices.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Maintain safety documentation, records, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Support emergency response planning and safety improvement initiatives.

QualificationsMust hold at least one of the following certifications issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP): Certified Safety Professional (CSP)Associate Safety Professional (ASP)Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)Proven experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Specialist, or similar role in construction, installation, manufacturing, or industrial project environments.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale construction, installation, or industrial projects.

OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

Experience working with contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.
