is seeking an experienced STSC-Certified Safety Manager for an industrial construction project in Arizona. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily site safety activities, ensuring compliance with company and project safety requirements, conducting safety inspections, and working closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain a safe working environment. We are looking for a hands-on safety professional who is comfortable working directly in the field and communicating with construction crews. Responsibilities Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with site safety requirements Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards Lead or participate in daily Toolbox Talks / TBM safety meetings Enforce PPE and project-specific safety requirements Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) and assist with hazard assessments Document safety observations, corrective actions, and incidents Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare appropriate reports Maintain required safety documentation and records Conduct employee safety orientations as needed Coordinate with project management, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers Exercise Stop Work Authority when an unsafe condition or activity is identified Promote a professional and proactive safety culture throughout the project Required Qualifications Current STSC (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction) certification - REQUIRED Construction or industrial safety experience Strong knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements Ability to recognize workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with field employees and management Must be dependable and able to work full-time at the project site in Arizona Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification OSHA 510 or

OSHA 500

First Aid / CPR / AED certification Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or equipment installation projects Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation $45.00 - $55.00 per hour , depending on certifications, qualifications, and relevant industrial construction safety experience. Overtime may be available depending on the project schedule.
