This role offers you the chance to drive change and serve your community through robust safety management strategies. Responsibilities Brief the President on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) matters. Ensure compliance with FAA, EPA, OSHA, CERCLA, and other regulatory requirements. Develop and oversee the Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Implement and maintain HSEQ policies and programs across the organization. Monitor HSEQ initiatives, corrective actions, and employee training. Track and report HSEQ KPIs and performance trends. Deliver HSEQ presentations and support departments in improving safety performance. Lead weekly leadership and safety management meetings. Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions. Manage the Safety Incentive and Short Service Employee (SSE) programs. Stay current on industry regulations, participate in industry forums, and conduct site visits. Oversee OSHA reporting while promoting customer service, innovation, and fiscal responsibility. Requirements Knowledge of FAA Part 135 operations. Air medical industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of HSEQ regulations and compliance standards. Experience developing and managing Safety Management and Quality Management Systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze safety data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Benefits & Perks Competitive salary: $107,000- 156,000. Comprehensive benefits package.
