Master Drilling USA is a global leader in specialized drilling services, delivering innovative solutions in mining and infrastructure. Our Raise Bore Division is expanding, and we are building a pipeline of experienced professionals for upcoming projects across the United States.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and implement safety programs across our raise bore drilling operations. This role will ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company standards while promoting a strong safety culture on all job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety programs Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company policies Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans Provide safety training and mentorship to field teams Collaborate with project and operations management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred) Minimum 5+ years of mining safety experience Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations Experience in underground or raise bore operations preferred
OSHA/MSHA
certifications required Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred Skills:
Leadership and communication skills Incident investigation expertise Ability to influence safety culture in the field
Pay:
$75,594.17 - $91,038.14 per year
