3002562747-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a Seasonal Temporary Safety Supervisor at GXO Logistics, you will lead day-to-day safety activities in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will conduct safety walks, audits and incident investigations, drive corrective actions and maintain OSHA-compliant documentation. Partnering with operations leaders, you will deliver toolbox talks and safety training, analyze trends, and use data to reduce risk and injuries. You will model GXO's performance-driven, safety-focused culture while supporting seasonal ramp-up, coaching associates and helping implement best practices across shifts to keep people, product and equipment safe. Responsibilities Lead daily safety inspections, audits and walk-throughs across warehouse operations during the seasonal peak period. Investigate incidents, near-misses and hazards; document findings and drive timely corrective and preventive actions. Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks and refresher training for associates, temps and supervisors across shifts. Monitor compliance with OSHA, company policies, lockout/tagout, PIT and PPE requirements; escalate issues as needed. Analyze safety data and trends, preparing reports and recommending improvements to reduce risk and injuries. Partner with operations leadership to integrate safety into production planning, staffing and process changes. Support emergency response readiness, including drills, equipment checks and incident communication protocols. Coach front-line associates and leads on safe work practices, ergonomics and housekeeping standards.
