And a focus on the Now , bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact. #LI-JG1 Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Lead safety and security operations: Oversee all safety and security functions, including ensuring OSHA compliance, promoting safe work practices, and managing department systems, budgets, and policies.
Oversee safety training:
Lead the coordination and administration of safety training programs, including CPR, fire and life safety, workplace violence prevention, and driver training Ensure property safety: Direct security patrols of hotel premises to identify and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions Lead investigations: Oversee inquiries into accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities Direct emergency responses: Lead responses to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and security threats Liaise with law enforcement: Serve as the primary contact for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on security-related matters Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
