Oversee internal security staff and third-party contractors; ensure quality and adherence to security standards. Lead investigations of security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective/preventive measures. Coordinate emergency response activities and develop scenario-based response plans. Policy Development & Compliance Create, implement, and update companywide security and safety policies , standard operating procedures (SOPs) , and emergency protocols . Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including OSHA , fire codes , and local safety standards . Partner with Legal, HR, and Operations to align safety/security protocols with corporate policies and labor law requirements. Facility & Safety Management Conduct facility risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities across offices, data centers, and warehouse environments. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics leadership to enforce safety and access protocols, equipment handling guidelines, and loss prevention procedures. Oversee the implementation of safety signage, training programs, evacuation plans, and drills at all sites. Training & Cross-Functional Engagement Act as a key point of contact for cross-departmental initiatives involving security and safety measures. Coordinate with public safety agencies, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
