Job Description
About the role As an Asset Protection Manager, you lead a team of AP Specialists across a campus or group of high-risk stores. You are responsible for implementing safety and shortage reduction strategies, managing investigations, and developing your team. Your leadership helps ensure a secure, compliant, and inclusive environment across our house of iconic brands: Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop AP Specialists to ensure consistent execution of safety and shortage reduction strategies across multiple stores.
- Oversee investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Partner with store leadership to identify risk trends and implement tailored prevention strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement in safety and shortage outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with physical security standards, including surveillance systems, alarm protocols, and access controls.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams to support case development and prosecution.
- Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability by modeling leadership behaviors and coaching others to do the same. Who you are
