This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing Food Safety and Quality Assurance across multiple facilities, including Southern California and Northern California operations. Main location in SoCal with 30% travel to NorCal facility. This company is in a major growth phase, expanding production, upgrading systems, and building a more structured, scalable operation. The right person will step in and play a key role in elevating standards, leading teams, and ensuring the highest level of food safety for a highly sensitive customer base, children and seniors.

What You'll Do:

Lead FSQA operations across multiple facilities Manage and develop QA teams across regions Ensure

USDA/FDA

compliance and food safety standards Act as a key decision-maker on production floor quality issues Help standardize and scale FSQA processes across the organization

What You Bring:

FSQA leadership experience in food manufacturing Strong knowledge of

USDA/FDA

regulations Multi-site leadership experience preferred Bilingual Spanish required Degree required (Food Science or related preferred) Strong leadership presence and ability to operate independently
