Primary Responsibilities Be familiar with production safety regulations and quality system operations; organize and carry out quality improvement activities, safety supervision and inspections, risk assessments, and accident prevention; promote the company's quality culture and safety culture; ensure that products and services meet customer, legal, and regulatory requirements. Possess basic knowledge of servers and be familiar with server production processes within the factory; be able to identify quality and safety risks during server production, and formulate risk prevention measures and control plans. Responsible for daily safety production inspections, hidden hazard identification, and follow-up on corrective actions; organize safety training and emergency drills; establish and maintain safety management records; assist in handling safety incidents; and liaise with external regulatory authorities on related matters.

Qualifications Industry Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the server / computer manufacturing industry, with familiarity with server production processes.

Professional Skills:

Proficient in the use of quality tools; capable of independently handling on-site quality and safety abnormalities and following through to closure.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

Language Skills:

Fluent in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Professionalism:

Rigorous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility; proactive problem-solving mindset; willing to take on challenging quality issues.
