Job Description
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) for smaller job in riverside, CA Will be supervising working crews / monitoring / documenting. Must be familiar with the process of safety assessments, reports, JSA, Identifying working hazards & more on heavy construction. No Travel per diem , so must be local to Riverside, CA Mon-Friday 7am-4pm smaller size crew. Full TIme for 2-3 months. Responsibilities Oversee and verify safety protocols in construction environments to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Conduct training and development sessions for staff on occupational health and safety practices. Toolbox talks - weekly all hands meetings Investigate incidents and accidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. Prepare detailed reports on safety performance and compliance issues. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
