The full salary range for the EHS Safety Programs Manager is $93,200 - $174,200 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is from $93,200 - $129,108 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. The EHS Safety Programs Manager serves as a campus leader within Environmental Health, Safety & Risk Management (EHSRM) and reports to the Director of Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Programs. The position supervises assigned safety specialists and is responsible for leading, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving occupational safety programs across the UCR campus community. This role is accountable for campus-wide program performance, including measurable outcomes, compliance results, and effective program execution. Solid skills to organize, prioritize and complete projects within budget and time constraints. Skills to effectively direct and supervise subordinate staff who are assigned duties in different programs; skills to effectively integrate several highly regulated subject and program areas.
