$60,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience About the Position Inland Pacific Roofing is looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Construction Safety & Systems Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique position combining construction safety management with CRM/software management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field with roofing crews and jobsite personnel while also managing our company's technology, CRM systems, documentation, and internal processes. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and can identify problems and implement solutions without needing to be micromanaged. Responsibilities Safety Management Manage and maintain the company's overall safety program. Conduct regular safety inspections at active roofing jobsites. Ensure employees and subcontractors follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Conduct safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks. Maintain safety records, training documentation, and compliance files. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Develop corrective-action plans and follow up to ensure issues are resolved. Work with project managers, supervisors, and crews to improve jobsite safety. Help maintain required safety documentation for customers and projects. Stay current on applicable OSHA and construction safety requirements. CRM & Software Management Manage and maintain the company's CRM and construction software systems. Keep customer, project, sales, production, and job information accurate and organized. Develop and improve workflows and processes within our software systems. Train office staff, project managers, sales personnel, and field employees on company software. Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with software vendors when necessary. Create reports and provide management with useful operational information. Identify opportunities to automate and improve company processes. Help implement new software, technology, and systems as the company grows. Operations Support Improve communication between the office, sales team, project managers, and field crews. Help establish consistent procedures for documentation and project tracking. Monitor compliance with company procedures. Assist management with special projects and process improvements. Maintain organized digital records and documentation. Qualifications 3+ years of construction safety experience preferred. Roofing or commercial construction experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements. Experience conducting jobsite safety inspections. Experience with safety documentation and incident reporting. Strong computer and technology skills. Previous experience managing or administering a CRM, construction-management software, or similar system. Ability to learn new software quickly. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Professional and confident when communicating with employees, subcontractors, customers, and management. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to various Southern California jobsites. The Ideal Candidate The right person for this position is someone who can walk onto a roofing jobsite and immediately recognize safety issues, but can also sit down at a computer and improve the way our company tracks and manages its projects. You should be comfortable working with both people and technology.
