You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational health services to employees across various industries. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive medical assessments, managing work-related injuries, promoting workplace wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations. You will be teamed with experienced Doctors, Physical Therapist, Chiropractors and other healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert medical care to employees seeking occupational health services. Conduct pre-employment screening, DOT physicals, and other occupational health assessments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and facilitate timely return-to-work processes. Educate patients on injury prevention, health promotion and safety measures in the workplace. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with pertinent regulations.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant. Level 1 accredited by Colorado D of WC Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health care. Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound medical judgements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
