PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is seeking a motivated Site Safety Representative for an active construction project in Bristol, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and enforcing job site safety procedures, conducting safety observations, and helping ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Candidates should have experience in a safety role or a construction supervisory role with a strong understanding of construction site safety practices.

Job Duties Include:

Monitoring job site safety compliance Conducting routine safety inspections and observations Assisting with site safety meetings and toolbox talks Identifying and addressing potential hazards Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Working closely with project management and field personnel Maintaining safety documentation and reporting incidents as required Promoting a culture of safety throughout the project
