Regional Safety Manager Share Share Email Post Share ⚡ Regional Safety Manager Bart's Electric | Fort Walton Beach, FL area | We Build People Lead safety for a growing electrical contractor across the region. Bart's Electric is a full-service electrical and special systems contractor known for reliability, service, and a genuine commitment to our people. Safety isn't a checkbox for us, it's core to how we operate, and we're looking for a Regional Safety Manager to lead it across our Fort Walton Beach area projects. The Role You'll drive a proactive, field-first safety culture across multiple job sites in the region, keeping our people safe, our sites compliant, and our EMR trending down. You'll partner closely with field leadership, project managers, and GCs to make safety part of how the work gets done. What You'll Do Oversee safety programs and compliance across regional job sites Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying and correcting hazards Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and new-hire orientations Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root cause, and drive corrective actions Manage OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory compliance, and work to lower EMR Partner with field leadership, PMs, and GCs to build safety into the work Mentor and support site safety staff What You Bring 5+ years of construction safety experience, including multi-site or regional oversight Relevant certifications (OSHA 30/500, CHST, CSP, or similar) Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction/electrical safety standards Willingness to travel to job sites across the region Excellent communication and the ability to influence a strong safety culture
