Road Safety Risk Management (RSRM) | Hialeah Gardens, FL | On-site Road Safety Risk Management (RSRM) is hiring a bilingual Fleet Safety & DOT Compliance Manager in Hialeah Gardens to run the safety, compliance, and insurance program for a commercial trucking operation. You will own driver and vehicle compliance — DQ files, MVRs, CDL and medical certificates, inspections, FMCSA account updates, and CSA performance — for the trucks and drivers on the Allied insurance program. You will also run accident response: first call after a crash, evidence and documentation, escalation of serious claims, and coordination with our TPA and insurance partners. This is a hands-on program ownership role, not a support role. DOT & FMCSA

Compliance Own driver and vehicle compliance for every truck and driver on the insurance program: driver qualification files, MVRs, CDL and medical certificates, and drug & alcohol program documentation Review documentation submitted for new trucks and drivers, and drive corrections when information is incomplete or inaccurate Manage vehicle documentation, registration renewals, and annual and periodic inspections Handle FMCSA account updates and regulatory filings for each operation, and monitor CSA performance Confirm additions and removals of units from the insurance program Run periodic internal compliance reviews to find documentation gaps, recurring violations, and regulatory exposure — and close them with corrective actions Accident Response & Claims Coordination Take first response on reported accidents: contact the driver, establish what happened, and direct the required next steps Identify serious and high-exposure accidents and escalate immediately to Management, the claims team, insurance partners, or legal counsel Collect, review, and organize accident documentation — reports, photographs, video, and other available evidence Respond to accident scenes when the situation calls for it Submit accident reports and supporting documentation to the TPA, and serve as the liaison between the TPA, Operations, and drivers through the life of the claim Train Operations personnel on proper accident response and reporting, and keep emergency vendor information current, including spill response Monitor the accident reporting process itself to make sure it is working Insurance Program & Fleet Safety Administration Support the administration and annual renewal of the Allied insurance program Coordinate truck inspections and other requirements for participating vehicles Prepare and submit insurance deductions, and handle special Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests Manage MVR platform listings, invoices, and supporting information Manage and monitor RSRM safety equipment and inventory — dash and rear cameras, GPS/telematics units, and related hardware Oversee company vehicle compliance, maintenance, and service invoices Maintain contracts in the appropriate systems, prepare the truck information required for contract distribution, and track completion of required driver and owner signatures Safety Leadership, Training & Risk Data Set performance expectations for Safety Coordinators, monitor completion of their assigned responsibilities, and provide coaching and corrective guidance when performance or compliance slips Run monthly safety meetings for new drivers and drivers involved in accidents, plus quarterly and annual sessions with Operations Deliver safety training to company vehicle drivers, Safety Coordinators, Allied personnel, and client personnel Communicate new safety and insurance procedures to Operations and Safety personnel Analyze safety, accident, claims, and insurance data to identify trends and areas of emerging risk Build and maintain the Excel-based tools, macros, and reports the program runs on — and develop the KPIs that support Safety and Risk Management decisions Identify opportunities to improve, automate, or simplify existing processes, and recommend the changes Serve as the primary resource for Safety Coordinators, Operations, drivers, and Allied administrative personnel on safety, compliance, insurance, and RSRM procedures What you need Required 3+ years in trucking safety, fleet safety, DOT compliance, commercial auto claims, or transportation risk management Hands-on experience with FMCSA and DOT regulations for commercial motor vehicles — DQ files, MVRs, CDL and medical requirements, hours of service, inspections, and CSA Commercial vehicle accident response and claims coordination experience Fully bilingual English/Spanish — strong written and verbal in both. You will work with drivers, owner-operators, Operations, insurance partners, and TPAs in both languages every day Experience leading or supervising safety staff, or directing the compliance work of others Strong Excel — you build and maintain the reports and trackers, you don't just read them Strong analytical and organizational skills: safety KPIs, accident and claims trends, compliance performance, operational risk Ability to run safety training, compliance reviews, and internal audits, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive safety and accident situations, including outside normal business hours Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to our offices and operating locations On-site in Hialeah Gardens Preferred Trucking, construction hauling, dump truck, aggregate, or owner-operator fleet experience Experience supporting an
